Biotin final update - week 4! Had to blow dry my hair a bit to get the photo. Quite happy with the growth - I didn't do any official measurements but sure
My hair's only medium length at the moment, but I'm hoping to track my growth here :) Does anyone know if there are any particular dietary supplements/vitamins that *actually* make a difference? :
